Exchange/RefundÂ
You have 14 days to exchange your item or receive store credit unless the product is received damaged then a return will be issued. In the event that you receive a damaged item, please contact info@kailabel.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please include photos of the damaged item in this email along with the order number (starts with “KL”). A replacement of the exact item (if still in stock) or a refund will be given (based on our discretion).
Please note: To be eligible for an exchange/refund on your damaged item, it must not be worn, washed or altered in any way, it should be in the same condition that you received it. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Sale Terms
All sale items are final, and we will not be able to accommodate any adjustments to completed orders. There are NO returns, exchanges, or store credit on sale items. No exceptions.
